Valve Automation
AIT Engineering and Service Co.,Ltd is expert to assist customers choose the appropriate automated valve components to meet the application for industrials such as Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Pulp and Paper, Power Plant. Valves and Actuators are selected and sized based on the process conditions provided, customer standardization preferences, application requirements, and economics of the project. Instruments such as positioners, limit switches, solenoid valves, pilot valves, quick exhausts, volume boosters, speed controls, position beacons, and manual overrides can be easily included in the assembled package.
Manual Valves
Manual valves are those valves that operate through a manual operator (such as a handwheel or hand lever), which are primarily used to stop and start flow (block or on off valves), although some designs can be used for basic throttling.

On-Off Valves
A pneumatic on-off valve is automated with a separate solenoid valve and two feedback limit switches for open and closed positions. However, the feedback limit switches can be challenging to align for correct position indication.

Control Valves
Control valve is regulate the flow anywhere from full-open to full-closed and any valve whose closure element has a dual purpose of not only opening or blocking the flow but also moving to any position along the stroke of the valve.
